SIP calculator: see what your monthly SIP can grow to.
A Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) invests a fixed amount in a mutual fund every month. Enter an amount, an assumed return and a period to see how regular investing and compounding could add up.
For illustration only. Actual returns vary with market conditions.
Start this SIPHow it is calculated
The calculator assumes you invest the same amount at the start of every month and that it grows at a steady assumed rate:
Future value = P × [((1 + i)n − 1) ÷ i] × (1 + i)
where P is the monthly amount, i the monthly rate (yearly rate ÷ 12) and n the number of months.
Example: ₹10,000 a month for 15 years at an assumed 12% a year comes to roughly ₹50 lakh, of which ₹18 lakh is your own money. Real mutual fund returns go up and down every year, so treat this as a rough guide, not a forecast.
