Goal planner: the SIP you need for your target.
Planning for a child's education, a home or a car? Enter what it costs today, when you need it and an assumed inflation and return; the planner works out the future cost and the monthly SIP needed.
The target is inflated to its future value, and the SIP is calculated to reach it.
Plan this goalHow it is calculated
First the target is raised for inflation: Future cost = Cost today × (1 + inflation)years. Then it finds the monthly SIP that reaches that amount at the assumed return, using the SIP formula in reverse.
Example: an education goal costing ₹25 lakh today, needed in 12 years with 6% inflation, would cost about ₹50 lakh then. Starting earlier lowers the monthly amount a lot.
